The Division aims to train legal professionals of law in the various modern laws by studying examples and theories of professional law-related information. It allows students to master various fields of maritime law in two majors: Dept. of Law and Dept. of Maritime Law.
Pursuing specialized and professionalized law education, the Dept. of Maritime Law emphasizes the production of legal professionals in the maritime and marine transport fields. It offers Maritime Law, Maritime Insurance law, Contract Law of Affreightment by charter party and international transportation law.
