The master's program in ship and ocean engineering prepares you for an innovative, internationally oriented field of activity in the maritime industry and science. During your studies, you will deal with the complex systems of ships and marine structures as well as the technical, ecological and economic factors to which they are subject. You acquire basic scientific knowledge of fluid and structural mechanics, information and traffic system technology, numerical and experimental simulation and deal with the design, operation and dynamics of maritime systems. The course offers you a wide range of specialization areas through which you can gain individual qualifications. The main focus is design of maritime systems and dynamics of maritime systems.
